Dalian Quacent Co. Ltd., founded by returnees from Canada, is committed to R&D, manufacturing and selling of green energy and environmentally friendly new building materials and industrial prefabricated building system. Dalian Quacent is currently the unique manufacturer who has fully grasped the North American SIPs building technology and put it into industrial production.

Our prefabricated houses are made by the latest technology such as Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), Light Gauge Steel (LGS), Timber Frame (2x4). We ship out our house in panelize or modular depending on the shipping method and final destination.
SIPs, the latest approach in the housing industry & our main building system, provide a strong, durable, energy efficient building envelop in short time. We have set up the first manufacturing line for SIPs in China & lead the SIPs industry. Our full automatic Light Gauge Steel equipment also enables us to provide LGS house as an alternative.

All our manufacturing are strictly controlled by ISO 9001-2015 system. Our dedicated technical team provides technical support from the house sketch, full engineering until installation.
We keep a close eye on the latest technology in housing industry, including passive house, LEED, Solar, Heat Pump, etc. We sponsored Tianjin University to attend the Europe Solar Decathlon. And the resort project in Mogan Mountain are qualified for LEED Platinum certificate.
